Prices reflect a 12-month lease and includes water, sewer, and trash. Residents are responsible for electricity and gas. Electricity and gas are billed separately and vary based on usage.
Residents are required to pay a $7/month fee for renters insurance and are automatically enrolled in the property’s master renters insurance policy. This policy covers property damage only and does not cover residents’ personal belongings. Residents are encouraged to obtain additional personal insurance coverage, but it is not required.
Required one-time fees include a $13 application fee per adult, $100 holding fee, and a $500 standard* security deposit.
