Yes! The Wildwood at Main participates in the Housing Tax Credit affordable housing program. Household maximum income limits and all full-time student household limitations apply.

Residents are required to pay a $7/month fee for renters insurance and are automatically enrolled in the property’s master renters insurance policy. This policy covers property damage only and does not cover residents’ personal belongings. Residents are encouraged to obtain additional personal insurance coverage, but it is not required.
